09.00 – 10.15 Principles of grafting procedures. Path physiology of Bone transplantation.

10.15 – 11.00 Treatment planning and aesthetic considerations: reconstruction procedures from minor to large 3D defect.

11.00 – 11.30 Coffee break.

11.30- 12.15 Minimal invasive bone augmentation: Bony- lid approach, Bone spreading/ splitting, bone core technique. (+Videos).

12.15-13.00 Biological concept of Bone Grafting in severe bone loss: Split Bone Block (SBB) technique

13.00 – 14.00 Lunch

14.00 – 14.45 Safe harvesting from all possible intra oral sites: Instruments, methods, Retromolar, Ramus, Chin, edentulous areas, security and treatment of the donor site.

14.45 – 15.45 Principles of Aesthetic and soft tissue management in Implantology: various types of incision, blood support, Incisions in combination with different grafting techniques, Kazanjian´s vestibuloplasty, pedicle palatal flap, Incisions in combination with second stage surgery, roll flap, rotation flap, apical reposition flap, free soft tissue graft (+videos).

15.45 -16.15 Advanced Grafting Procedures: Lateral & Vertical bone augmentation, 3D-Reconstructions, Tunnel Technique, Sinus floor elevation (+Videos)
