Periodontics and Laser Nanotechnology Course
A New Era in the Treatment of Periodontal and Peri-implant Diseases. NTTP. Tissue surgery
Dr. Francisco Rodríguez Escudero
BEIDE TRAINING CENTER
Madrid - May 23 & 24, 2025
Master the NTPP technique to provide effective and minimally invasive non-surgical treatments
Main benefits of learning the NTPP Technique in non-surgical periodontal treatment
- Cleansing of root and implant surfaces and inactivation of bacterial endotoxins.
- Improved healing and prevention of bacteremia, even in high-risk patients.
- Hemostatic effect by vaporizing granulation tissue.
- Enables surgical soft tissue treatments with topical anesthesia, such as painless removal of soft tissue to increase tooth length without bleeding or discomfort.
- Facilitates rapid healing without the need for sutures.
- Allows for frenectomies, vestibular floor augmentations, and biopsies without bleeding, with postoperative pain minimized and no need for sutures.
- Can be used for analgesic purposes through bio-stimulation, inducing a photoelectric effect on nerve membranes by polarity change.
- Local bio-stimulation is useful for controlling post-surgical pain from wisdom tooth extraction, oral or periodontal surgery, and trigeminal neuralgia, among others.
- Provides a minimally invasive treatment that balances the immune system by regulating cytokine concentration and improving vascularization.
- Enhances healing by activating fibroblasts and promoting the formation of collagen and elastin fibers for epidermal regeneration.
“The NanoYag 1064 nm laser is another level, it is the Rolls-Royce of lasers for the treatment of Periodontal and Peri-implant diseases.” Dr. Rodríguez-Escudero
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Use of the NTPP Technique in non-surgical periodontal treatment, to decontaminate root surfaces and implant them and inactivate bacterial endotoxins. In this way, healing is also improved and bacteremia is avoided, even in patients at risk. On the other hand, it is also used to generate a hemostatic effect, by vaporizing granulation tissue.
It allows surgical treatments of soft tissues to be performed with topical anesthesia such as removal of soft tissue to increase the length of the tooth without bleeding or pain. Healing is very fast and without having to give stitches. We can perform frenectomies (remove frenulums), augmentation of the vestibule fundus and biopsies without bleeding with postoperative periods with hardly any pain or having to suture.
The NTPP Technique will be performed with the NanoYag 1064 nm laser, which has great decontamination power because it destroys bacteria and viruses. In addition, it can be used with an analgesic objective by performing biostimulation, which generates a photoelectric effect in the nerve membrane due to a change in polarity. Local biostimulation is useful to control pain that arises after surgical extraction of wisdom teeth, oral or periodontal surgery, and trigeminal neuralgia, among others. It is a non-invasive treatment that balances the immune system by regulating the concentration of cytokines and improving vascularization. It also promotes healing, activating fibroblasts and forming collagen and elastin fibers to generate epidermal regeneration.
OBJECTIVES
- Introduce the use of the NTPP Technique of Nanotechnology and laser for the Treatment of Periodontitis and peri-implantitis in the daily clinic.
- Put it into practice in the NON-surgical treatment of periodontal and peri-implant disease.
- Use in soft tissue surgery, gingivectomies, piezoelectric scalpel-assisted coronary lengthening, frenectomies, vestibuloplasties, biopsies, vascular tumors, periodontal treatments combined with orthodontics, prosthodontics, conservative dentistry, etc.
