OVERVIEW
Autogenous bone is widely recognized as the gold standard in bone augmentation procedures due to its unparalleled biological properties. In this course, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of defect characteristics, enhancing their ability to select the optimal graft material and determine the most suitable surgical approach for both soft and hard tissues.
Predictable strategies in soft tissue management, including detailed guidance on flap design, elongation, and passive wound closure, will be covered. Hands-on training will deepen the understanding of the concepts behind bone augmentation (GBR) procedures and soft tissue management.
Traditionally, bone harvesting using free-hand techniques has been highly skill-dependent, posing limitations for many clinicians. However, digital technologies now enable computer-guided bone harvesting, greatly enhancing safety, predictability, and simplicity. Through this course, participants will explore all technical aspects from planning to surgery, empowering them to replicate the proposed protocols.

Licenciado en Odontología por la Universidad de Padua, Italia. Programa de postgrado en Cirugía Oral en la Clínica del Prof. Khoury (Olsberg, Alemania). Master de Medicina Oral en Implantología en la Universidad de Munster (Alemania).
