Digital Removable Prosthesis
One-Step Protocol
3-day Course

Debunking myths about full prostheses
Do you think complete dentures are a therapeutic choice that is:
Complex?
This course will guide you in discovering and applying a simplified and standardized protocol. You will learn to fabricate a complete prosthesis (digital or analog) in a single clinical step and a single laboratory step.
Unpredictable and problematic?
We will provide you with the precise diagnostic criteria to identify the causes of prosthetic failure. You will develop problem-solving skills through simple, real-world examples, learning to prevent the most common clinical and technical errors.
Outdated?
We will demonstrate that mastery of complete dentures is a winning strategy in daily practice. Not only is it innovative in its digital aspect, but it is also the fundamental basis for planning and managing complex implant cases.
Unprofitable?
Discover how a rehabilitation based on a single-step protocol dramatically optimizes your clinic’s bottom line, dismantling outdated beliefs about the profitability of this treatment.
Methodology and Protocols
The program delves into four disruptive approaches to managing edentulism:
1
Readjustment Protocol: How and when to manage the replacement of a pre-existing prosthesis in a single session.
2
“All-in-One” Protocol: A workflow that allows, starting with an edentulous mouth, the taking of primary and secondary impressions, the recording of the maxillomandibular relationship, and the aesthetic try-in in a single clinical visit.
3
Two-Session Protocol: A streamlined workflow beginning with an initial impression (analog or digital).
4
Express Protocol (30 min): A technique to complete the entire clinical phase of a complete prosthesis in just 30 minutes.
Featured Content
Detailed description of the four protocols with practical demonstrations on patients for three of them (one clinical step / one technical step).
Protocol for the Expert Clinician: Modification and readjustment of existing prostheses in the dental chair.
Protocol for the Completely Edentulous Patient: Without previous prostheses.
Protocol for the General Dentist: Procedures assisted by labial and lingual position recording devices for dentists with less experience in prosthodontics.
Hands-on Workshops: Participants will perform a thorough analysis of positive models and negative silicone impressions of edentulous arches. A CAD design session using Exocad will also be conducted to digitize the creation process.
During the course, we will conduct a live clinical demonstration with a patient. We will fabricate both a pair of complete digital dentures and a pair of traditional analog dentures, both using our simplified one-step clinical protocol.
