A clinically focused, hands-on journey connecting intraoral scanning, DENTALTWIN AI-powered CAD and digital milling into one integrated restorative workflow.
IN COLABORATION WITH
OVERVIEW
Digital dentistry has advanced rapidly, but manual CAD design remains a technical hurdle and a time drain in daily practice. Accelerating chairside dentistry with AI is the ultimate solution to this bottleneck. This intensive, fully immersive workshop is designed to show you how Artificial Intelligence can take over the burden of complex design, giving you back control of your chair time.
Through a hands-on clinical experience, you will discover the perfect synergy between Medit scanners, DentalTwin’s revolutionary AI automation engine, SprintRay’s 3D printing speed, VHF’s absolute milling precision, and VITA’s excellence in restorative materials and characterization. You will see firsthand how these leading technologies, when connected within an integrated ecosystem, eliminate downtime and simplify procedures that previously required hours of delegation and manual work.
By the end of the day, you will be equipped to implement a truly continuous and intelligent chairside workflow. From capturing the digital impression to the final characterization and adaptation on the typodont, you will gain the confidence and clinical protocols necessary to produce highly predictable restorations, drastically reduce the margin of error, and scale the efficiency of your practice.
Reduce your clinical and lab times by integrating a 100% automated digital ecosystem.
WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES
Master the integration of intraoral scanning protocols with advanced AI-driven design software.
Understand the transition from raw digital impression data to automated, highly accurate prosthetic design using DentalTwin.
Evaluate the synergy between rapid additive manufacturing (SprintRay 3D printing) and subtractive precision milling (VHF systems).
Complete a full hands-on simulation from digital scan acquisition and STL transfer to final manufacturing preparation.
Assess clinical outcomes by seating, evaluating, and characterizing milled restorations with VITA materials on prepared typodonts.
Optimize everyday clinical practices by incorporating efficient AI workflows to reduce chairside time and manual errors.
